REFUNDS/RETURNS

Refunds will be offered if you receive an item that is damaged or defective. You will need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it, and let you know whether we can exchange or refund the item.

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. This should occur within 5 working days of us receiving your returned item. We will also refund your shipping costs to return the item.

If you haven't received a refund in the allotted time please contact us for further advice.

Cancelling before dispatch: If you wish to cancel a purchase before we have dispatched it, we can stop the order and provide a refund. We cannot provide a refund after an item has been dispatched.

Damage during delivery: If the item was clearly damaged during delivery (for example, the packaging is also damaged), we cannot provide a refund, but we can advise on contacting the courier to compensate you.

EXCHANGES

If you purchase an item and then change your mind, we can exchange it or offer store credit, provided you return the item within 30 days of purchase. The original item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging.

You will need to pay for shipping of the returned and the replacement item.

 

LATE DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY

We have no control over delivery times once your item is shipped, and we cannot guarantee delivery by any set time. If you do not receive an item within a reasonable time frame, contact us. We cannot provide a refund or replacement if the item was misplaced en route, but we can advise on contacting the courier to compensate you.

If an item goes missing as the result of incorrect delivery address details been given by the customer, we are unable to provide a refund. If an item is returned undelivered, we will make an effort to contact you to arrange alternative delivery. You may need to pay extra shipping.
